Client Statuses let you classify where a person is in their lifecycle (for example: On-Ramp → Active → Suspended → Inactive), making it easy to manage access, communications, and reporting across your business.

 


Step-By-Step How To Change a Client's Status

  1. Go to People > Clients.

  2. Click the client to open their profile.

  3. Find the Status in their Personal Information tab

  4. Select the desired status from the dropdown (On-Ramp, Active, Suspended, Inactive).

  5. Save the profile.

  6. When you change a client to Suspended or Reinstate them, note that email notifications will be sent to Admins, Managers, Coaches, and the client.

Important notes

  • Active — This is the primary client status for live clients. The Active status cannot be renamed or disabled.

  • On - Ramp — This status is typically used to classify clients just starting out at your business. This status works best when applied / updated utilizing Workflow Automations. It can also be customized in People > Settings

  • Suspended — Suspended clients can only update their payment information when they sign in and cannot sign in from the Coachboard. When a client is suspended or reinstated, Admins, Managers, Coaches, and the suspended client will receive email notifications.

  • Inactive — Deactivated clients have no access to Wodify.

FAQs

  1. How do I disable or rename the On-Ramp status? Go to People > Settings > ClientConfigure → click On-Ramp → edit the name or toggle it off → Save.
