Many businesses use Class Packs that provide Clients access to a certain number of attendances over a set period of time. The following article explains how to create Class Packs, how Wodify records attendance, how Wodify tracks each Client's attendance against their Class Pack, and how to instantly display the number of classes remaining for the Client upon sign-in and reservation.

Membership Pricing and Clients
Before adding a Class Pack to one of your Clients, you must first create your membership plan. Click here to learn how to create your membership plan template.

Recording Attendance
Once the membership is added to the Client, each sign-in the Client makes to the Coachboard will automatically be recorded. This includes sign-ins from the kiosk, simple sign in, their browser, or from a mobile device.
IMPORTANT: The Client MUST be signed in to the class/appointment in order to track their attendance.
- Membership Enforcement must be enabled to track attendance
- The class they sign into needs to be toggled to "Count towards attendance limits"
Class Pack Report
Wodify has provided a pre-built report that can display Clients that have Class Packs and their attendance. To view the report:
- Login to Wodify Admin
- Click the Analytics tab
- Click into Reports > Memberships
- Click Membership by Type

Class Packs and Messages
You can choose to display both the number of Classes used and the number of Classes left to a Client upon sign-in to the Coachboard. The messages are displayed when the Client signs in via the kiosk, Simple Sign in, a browser, or a mobile device. To turn this option on:
- Login to Wodify Admin
- Click Classes > Settings > Membership
- Click Membership Enforcement
- Click Enable to activate Membership Enforcement
With this turned on, there are 2 fields displayed: Limited Plans Messages, and Session Pack Messages. This article's focus is Class Plan Memberships. To learn more about Limited Plans, click here.
There are three options to choose from in the 'Class Pack' dropdown:

Count & hide all messages
- Clients will NEVER see a message that displays their classes used and available on any device when signing into the Coachboard
- Wodify will not prevent a Client who has exhausted all classes on their membership from signing into the Coachboard
- Attendance WILL still be tracked and available in the All Attendance report. Admins monitor attendance with this report.

Count & allow over sign-in but display warnings
- A message is displayed at the top of the Coachboard when the Client signs into the Coachboard on any device
- The message will display "CLIENT NAME: You have used X of Y sessions in your plan":
- Messages in blue automatically close after 15 seconds. You can manually close the message by clicking the X in the top-right corner of the message.
- Wodify will not prevent a Client who has exhausted all classes on their membership from signing into the Coachboard. Instead, an orange message will be displayed:
- Messages in orange can be manually closed by clicking the X in the top-right corner of the message.
- Attendance WILL still be tracked and available in the All Attendances report. Admins monitor attendance with this report.

Count & prevent sign-in/reservation if all sessions are used in the period
- A message is displayed at the top of the Coachboard when the Client signs into the Coachboard on any device
- The message will display "CLIENT NAME: You have used X of Y sessions in your plan":
- Messages in blue automatically close after 15 seconds. You can manually close the message by clicking the X in the top-right corner of the message.
- Wodify WILL prevent a Client that has exhausted all classes on their membership from signing into the Coachboard. Instead, a red message will be displayed:
- Messages in red can be manually closed by clicking the X in the top-right corner of the message.
