Step-By-Step How To Update Coach Bios

To get started with creating or updating your Coach Bio, you will first want to navigate to your profile under People > Clients. From here:

1. Click People > Clients
2. Click on the Employees tab > Click on the eye icon in the last column
3. The sidebar will open > Click on the Employee's name within the sidebar
4. Profile tab > Scroll down to Employee Bios

5. Make changes > Click Save

    

Coach Bio Basics

Coaches can add the following information to their Coach Bio:

• Title (for example: “Strength and Conditioning Coach” or “General Manager”)
• Links: Coaches can add links to their instagram page, youtube channel, tiktok account, email, and more for your clients to learn more about your coaches and connect more personally with them!
• Biography Summary: Coaches can add their personal story, education, credentials, experience, philosophy, and personality in their bio
• Class Programs: The class programs they coach (defined by class programs the coach is assigned to on Payroll if Payroll is turned on or future class programs the coach is coaching if payroll is turned off)
• Appointment Services: The appointment services they are a provider for
• View Future Classes (Wodify App only): View what future classes the coach is coaching directly from their Coach Bio
• In App Chat (Wodify App only): Directly chat with the coach from their Coach Bio

Step-By-Step How To Enable and Customize Coach List on the Online Sales Page 

You can enable and disable Coach List on the Wodify App using the following steps:

1. Go to Web & Mobile > Online Sales > Settings
2. Scroll to the bottom to “Display Coaches Publicly”
3. Turn on
4. If Turned on - click “Coach Line Up
5. On Coach Line Up Side Panel
   1. Select location (if applicable - dropdown)
   2. Toggle Coaches on and off
   3. Drag and Drop to order
6. Click Save

1. Where can Coach Bio be found?

• Online Sales Page: The Coach Bio will appear when a coach’s name is clicked on your OSP. This appears in a few different areas, such as:
• In the Booking Flow for Classes & Appointments
  

• On the Coach List page

  Wodify App: The Coach Bio also appears within the Wodify Mobile app when a coach’s name is tapped on. This is visible in a few different areas of the app, including:
