Other Things to Consider
A full rebrand reaches beyond your logo and colors. Once you have updated the settings above, review these areas so every client touchpoint reflects your new brand.
- WodiFind listing details — Confirm your WodiFind listing shows your new business information so traveling clients can find your rebranded gym. WodiFind details are managed in your Mobile App settings.
- Workflow email colors — Custom Branding colors do not carry over to email templates. Update the colors in your workflow emails separately under Automations > Workflow Emails.
- Marketing email templates — Update any saved marketing email templates with your new name, logo, and colors under Communication > Marketing Emails.
- Linked social media accounts — Update the social media links your clients see so they point to your rebranded accounts.
- Wodify Sites website — If you use Wodify Sites, update your site's business information, branding, and content. See: Update Business Information on Your Wodify Sites.
- Contract and waiver terms — Review your contract and waiver templates for references to your old business name or branding under Legal > Contracts and Legal > Waivers.
FAQs

"How do I change my logo?"
Answer: You can change your business logo under Web & Mobile > Custom Branding. Upload your new logo to see it reflected across your Wodify account! If you're looking for a way to easily resize your logo, we recommend utilizing Canva, as it makes resizing quite simple.
