- If you hover over a data point, it will display the number of drop-ins on that date.

7. Average Attendance by Class
- This bar graph illustrates the average number of signs-ins for each class over the set time period.
- The number above each blue bar is calculated by dividing the number of total signs for that class type by the number of classes in the date range.
- This is a good way to see which classes are most popular at various locations.
Client Engagement
1. Unique Clients
- This number represents the total number of unique clients who have at least one sign-in during the set time period. This includes clients who are either non-members or drop-ins.
- However, if there is no contact information for the drop-in client they will not be included.
2. Clients by Total Sign Ins
- This graph illustrates the number of clients grouped by the set range of sign-ins for that time period.
- For example, if a client signs into class 7 times during that time period -- they will be counted in the "6-10 Sign Ins" group.
3. Clients with Unauthorized Sign-Ins
- This number represents the total number of clients with an unauthorized sign-in during the set time period.
- An unauthorized sign-in occurs when a client has exceeded their membership attendance limit, such as attending 4 classes on a 3x per week membership. You can configure your membership enforcement settings to prevent this from occurring.
4. Clients without Sign Ins (15 Days)
- This number represents the total number of active clients who have not signed into class within the last 15 days
Data Table
This is an interactive data table display that allows admins to easily see which clients are associated with which key indicators.
For example, an admin may sort by "no show" to get a list of clients with the most number of no shows.
This report can be exported to a spreadsheet for further data manipulation by hovering over the report and clicking Download in the top right corner.
