FAQs

Should I use Workflow Automations or Zapier to automate my administrative tasks? Wodify's Workflows feature has more options and more rigorous support, since it's an in-house feature. It's recommended to start with Workflows before integrating Zapier.

Why can’t I see Lead triggers in Zapier? Lead triggers are only available on the Promote, Free, Accelerate, or Ultimate subscription tiers. If you are on a lower tier, you’ll need to upgrade to enable Lead automations.

Why isn't my Zap returning sample data from Wodify? Make sure you have at least one recent lead or client that matches your selected trigger (New, Updated, or Both). Zapier can only pull live sample records from your Wodify environment.

Why did my Zap fail after turning it on? Most Zap failures occur because required fields in the Action step aren't mapped or contain invalid data. Reopen your Action template and ensure all required fields are completed and tied to the correct Wodify data fields.
