To review payouts and timelines in Wodify:
-
You must be using Wodify Payments and have your payments account fully configured. If you haven’t set this up yet, start with Set Up Your Wodify Payments Configuration
Step-By-Step How To
View Upcoming (Estimated & Pending) Payouts
Use this view to see what money is on the way to your bank account.
In Wodify Core, go to Financial > Payouts.
The Estimated & Pending tab will load by default.
-
Review the two payout states:
Estimated – payouts where transactions have been grouped based on their estimated deposit date; this amount and date can still change.
Pending – payouts that have been finalized and are set to be sent to your bank account on the listed date.
Click into any payout to see the underlying transactions and amounts.
This view gives you a “big picture" overview of what funds are coming your way and when.
View Paid (Completed) Payouts
Use this view when you’re reconciling the bank account or researching deposits that have already been sent to your bank. help.wodify.com
In Wodify Core, go to Financial > Payouts.
Click the Paid tab.
Review the list of payouts that have been sent to your bank.
-
Remember:
Paid means the payout has been released from Wodify/Stripe and should have reached your bank.
A delay of 2–3 days, especially around weekends and bank holidays, is not unusual for funds to fully appear as available in your bank account.
Click a specific payout to see which invoices and transactions are included.
Process an Instant Payout
Note: Instant Payouts are currently only available in the United States
If you are eligible for an Instant Payout, you’ll see a Pay Out Instantly button in the Financial > Payouts area.
In Wodify Core, go to Financial > Payouts.
Confirm that you’ve selected the correct Wodify Payment Configuration (if applicable).
Look for the Pay Out Instantly button and click it.
A pop-up will display your available balance for Instant Payouts.
-
Enter the amount you’d like to pay out instantly.
The 1.75% fee (minimum $0.50) will be shown in the pop-up so you can see the cost before confirming.
Review the payout amount and fee, then click Confirm to process the Instant Payout.
-
Once processed:
The payout will receive an Instant Payout status in your payouts list.
The 1.75% fee will appear under the Absorbed Fees column.
In the payout details, the fee will be listed under Transfers.
Funds for Instant Payouts typically arrive in your bank account within about 30 minutes, even on weekends and holidays.
Note: Only Admin users can see and use the Pay Out Instantly option.
Understand Wodify Payments Payout Timelines
Because payouts depend on card networks, banks, and regional regulations, there’s a built-in delay between when your client is billed and when those funds arrive in your bank account.
Below is the typical processing time from when a payment is captured to when it’s deposited to your connected bank account (business days only):
Credit Card Payout Speeds
United States – 2 business days
Australia – 2 business days
New Zealand – 3 business days
Canada – 3 business days
United Kingdom – 3 business days
European Union – 3 business days
Greece, Malta, Cyprus – 3 business days
Denmark – 3 business days
Norway – 3 business days
Sweden – 3 business days
Mexico – 3 business days
-
United Arab Emirates (UAE) – 5 business days
ACH / Bank Debit Payout Speeds
United States – 5–7 business days
European Union – 5–10 business days
Canada – 5–7 business days
How to Interpret the Timeline
If your country’s payout speed is 3 business days, payouts you see today are made up of transactions captured 3 business days ago.
Most banks make funds available shortly after receiving the payout, but some banks may take a few extra days to post them.
The type of business and your country can also influence how quickly payouts are released and posted.
Note: On high-volume processing days (for example, the 1st of the month), it may take longer than usual for new payouts to appear in Financial > Payouts, even if payments have already been captured.
If you’re ever unsure, you can always check the exact date a payout will be processed in Financial > Payouts inside your Wodify admin account.
FAQs
What’s the difference between Estimated, Pending, and Paid payouts?
Estimated payouts group transactions by their estimated future deposit date; the date can shift based on processing.
Pending payouts have been finalized and are expected to be sent to your bank on the date shown.
Paid payouts have already been released to your bank; depending on weekends and holidays, it may still take a couple of days for your bank to show the funds as available.
Why is my payout taking longer than the timeline listed?
A few common reasons:
Weekends & bank holidays don’t count as business days and can push the deposit date back.
Your bank’s posting speed may add 1–2 days after Wodify/Stripe releases the payout.
High-volume billing days (like the 1st of the month) can delay when new payouts appear in Financial > Payouts.
If a payout is in Paid status in Wodify for several business days and still isn’t visible in your bank account, contact your bank first, then reach out to Wodify Support with the payout ID.
Can I get my payouts faster?
Yes! If you subscribe to Wodify Ultimate, then you'll receive your payouts next day.
Also, Instant Payouts allow admins to process a payout instantly, and get the money in your account right away! This is available on any day of the week, including weekends and holidays with funds typically arriving in your bank account within 30 minutes.
Note: This feature is only available for US customers, and there is a 1.75% processing fee (minimum of $0.50).
