Book Appointments in Coach View

Why This Matters

 In Coach View, Coaches can now book appointments with their clients in the Wodify App! This allows coaches to handle client management on the floor, and being able to book clients directly in the Wodify app makes that process quick and seamless. It ensures sessions are logged accurately, helps track revenue and attendance in real time, and gives clients a smoother experience without needing front-desk intervention.

 


Pre-requisite Pro-Tip

In order to book appointments, be sure to create Appointment Provider Availability
To book appointments, you must Create an Appointment Service and clients must have an active Appointment Membership


Step-By-Step How To

  1. Select Coach View, and select the Schedule tab
  2. Select Appointments
  3. Select Book Appointment
  4. Select the Service to book and click Book
    Please Note:  If your client does not have a current valid membership for this service, you will not be able to book an appointment until you sell them a membership.
  5. Select the Client name
  6. Click Next
  7. Select the Provider then Date & Time 
  8. Select to Reserve This Slot
  9. Select to Confirm Booking 

     


 

Please Note: If your Availability has not been set, you will not be able to choose your date and time until then.


Rebooking Appointments:

Coaches are able to easily rebook appointments for clients 

  1. Select the Appointment you want to rebook
  2. Click "Book Again" 
  3. Click Schedule
  4. Select Date & Time
  5. Click "Book Appointment"
