Employee View: Booking Appointments

In Employee View, Coaches can now book appointments with their clients in the Wodify App! This article will walk you through the process of creating reservations as a Coach, right from your phone!

 

In this article, we will cover:

Booking Appointments

There are two options for 

  1. Select Employee View, and select the Schedule tab
  2. Select Appointments
  3. Select Book Appointment
  4. Select the Service to book and click Book

    Please Note:  If your client does not have a current valid membership for this service, you will not be able to book an appointment until you sell them a membership.

  5. Select the Client name
  6. Click Next
  7. Select the Provider then Date & Time 
  8. Select to Reserve This Slot
  9. Select to Confirm Booking

Please Note: If your Availability has not been set, you will not be able to choose your date and time until then.

 

Rebooking Appointments:

Coaches are able to easily rebook appointments for clients 

To view your Upcoming Appointments, go to the Appointment Tab and selecting the Upcoming Appointments Tab at the Bottom of the Screen.

  1. Select the Appointment you want to rebook
  2. Select Rebook appointment
  3. Select new Date & Time

4. After you have selected the clients who are being rebooked, their names will show in your bottom cart tab.
