Why This Matters
Showcase your gym’s programs to potential members on your Wodify Site before they visit your gym. This article will walk through how to make updates to the programs listed on your Wodify Site.
Pre-Requisite Pro-Tip
Your website may have one of 2 types of program pages - a collection or a static page. To figure out which type of program page you have, click on the pages menu at the top of your website editor and view the criteria below. Then, click on the corresponding link for instructions on how to make edits.
- If you see a page titled “Single Program Dynamic” or something similar with “Dynamic” in the name, you will be editing content from a Collection.
- If you see each program listed as its own page in the menu, you will be editing a static page.

How to Update Program Collections
- From the sidebar of your website editor, click Content > Collections.
- Click on the Programs collection.
Note: Your collection may be titled something slightly different depending on your setup. - From the collection page, you will see a table with all program details. Any edits made to the table will update across the website.
- To edit an existing program, hover over the program you want to edit and click on the pencil icon to expand the record. Scroll to the field corresponding to the area you want to edit, and make changes directly to that field.
- To hide a program from your website, click on the eyeball icon next to the record on the collection table.
- To add a new program, click “+” the bottom of the table to add a new row. The Item field should be filled with the desired URL (e.g. dallas-crossfit). Fill the rest of the fields accordingly.
- Any changes made to the programs collection will be automatically reflected across your website. To preview changes made, select the dynamic page from the page menu in the top left corner of the site editor, then select the specific program you want to preview from the dynamic page menu on the next screen.
- Click Republish to send your changes live.
